Quilt Card

The challenge over at Mod Squad this week is "Warm and Toasty" which reminded me of sitting in front of the fireplace with a warm blanket when we lived in a colder climate (we have a fireplace here in Arizona but have yet to turn it on!).  So I decided to make a few quilt cards.

Such fun!

Supplies used:
Marvy punch

Shabby Chic Quilt Card

I recently saw a beautiful quilt at the Christmas Tree House and that was my inspiration for my next card.  Here is a similar quilt (kind of.... ish....) ...

Shabby Chic More:

And here is my card.... it took forever to distress and sponge each little square - all 20 of them.

Needless to say I'm all quilted out. 😊

Supplied used:
Clockworks stencil
Stampers Anonymous Crazy Talk stamp set

Snowflakes and Glitter!

Hello and Happy Tuesday!

I haven't had much crafting time lately but here is one card I made which I'd like to share:

I used watercolor paper and distress inks for the background and also embossed with a snowflake EF.  The snowflakes are die cut from glitter fun foam and the sentiment embossed with WOW embossing glitter.  Lastly I added some shimmer spray and stickles.

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful day! x
