I hope you're all having a great long week-end. I have a few cards to share with you. The first was made with a few challenges in mind:
For the background I used corrugated board, colored with gesso and black distress paint. The next layer was created with Distress Inks, a bit of stamping, some washi and a touch of texture with a stencil and texture paste (which I colored once dry). I added a die cut for some extra interest. The fun part was inking some gauze. I heat embossed the anchor to create a rusty look and added some twine. Loved making this!
Supplies used:
Gina K - stamps (Birthday Blessings sentiment and Bold Flowers background stamp), vintage cut from Ship to Shore stamptv kit
Memory Box Honeycomb corner die
For the following challenges:
Simon Says Stamp Tic Tac Toe Challenge (stamp, cardboard, washi, blue, stencil)
